The Executive Minister will appoint a Dean of the Regional Ordination Program. The Dean will approve courses, using guidelines established by COMSAO. The Dean will maintain contact with students and resolve issues in a constructive way.The Dean will sit on COMSAO.
GRR will maintain the records, which must include satisfactory progress in order to remain active.
